We are headquartered in Weston, CT and have operations throughout Fairfield County.
Our online business is open 24/7. Our showroom for in person viewing and video demonstrations of our pieces are by appointment from 10-6 Tuesday through Saturday.
Returns
We accept no returns on locally handcrafted, renewed, reimagined and pre-owned products because most of our products have been carefully handcrafted or handmade and is one of a kind. Many are vintage or antique and must be handled with great care. For our new sustainable products, store credit is allowed for returns received up to 14 days from purchase. Only products designated as “New” which are also not One of a Kind pieces may be returned.
If returning a gift is important to you, please purchase new sustainable products as gifts which are not One of a Kind. These purchases can be returned for store credit within two weeks of purchas
You may change your order on the same or next business day of purchase. If you cancel your order after that time, you will be responsible for a delivery charge and a 25% restocking charge. We suggest you come to see your item in person, or view your item, while it is on hold, before you purchase your item.
Delivery
You may schedule delivery online or arrange for delivery by emailing _______. We encourage local purchases and local delviery and offer a robust delivery service, up to 30 miles from the showroom. If shipping is a must for you, our shipping charges are based on rates from a third party service which bases their pricing on distance, taxes, insurance required, location, labor and packaging materials. Shipping
Due to our commitment to sustainability, we encourage local purchases and local delivery and offer a robust delivery service, up to 30 miles from the showroom. In addition, most of our pieces are vintage, antique, handmade, hand renewed or reimagined by hand and therefore they must be handled with care. If an item is shippable, it will be designated as shippable on the product page.
If the product is shippable and shipping is a must for you, our shipping charges are based on rates from a third party service which bases their pricing on distance, taxes, insurance required, location, labor and packaging materials and the cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at time of purchase. We will arrange shipment for our shippable products within the contiguous United States.
